Terms and Conditions - Rs. 300 Swiggy Voucher
1. This offer entitles the end user Rs. 300 off on the Food Partner App (Swiggy) in India only. The Value will be mentioned on the voucher
2. This offer is available only on online payment option and not available on COD.
3. The discount is valid on sub total amount (i.e. only on the Food Value Amount), which excludes delivery (+packaging), restaurant charges and GST charges. 
Offer valid for all days of the week.
4. Any Order that customers place on the App is subject to product availability, Delivery capacity and acceptance by Partner and participating restaurant.
5. Discount is offered on minimum purchase and maximum of 1 transaction only on one promo Code. The balance cost (after discount) of the order will be charged to the credit/ debit card of the end user.
6. A maximum of 1 code can be used per transaction.
7. If the value of the Order is less than the value of the voucher, the balance is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward or used in any other transaction.
8. This offer is only for Home Delivery.

Terms and Conditions for Uber Voucher
1. This offer entitles you to Rs. 300 Uber Voucher for Uber App.
2. The Cab Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
3. Only 1 voucher per booking will be entertained. 4. Multiple vouchers cannot be used together.
5. This offer is subject to promotional availability.
6. One code can be redeemed only once.
7. Cabs will be provided subject to availability.
8. Applicable only on rides booked on the Uber App. Uber Vouchers are non-refundable, whether you use them or not. This voucher cannot be treated as a cash equivalent under any circumstances or interpretation and the vendor shall under no circumstance exchange the voucher for cash.
9. The validity of Uber Vouchers cannot be extended, and new vouchers cannot be provided against the expired/unused Vouchers.
10. Users can avail of the offers only in cities & towns serviced by Uber.
11. Multiple Uber vouchers cannot be clubbed in a single ride/transaction.
12. Uber Vouchers cannot be returned, reloaded, or resold.
13. The Uber voucher cannot be combined with other special offers or promotions that may be on.
14. If the trip value exceeds the Uber voucher amount, the balance must be paid by the payment options available on the partner Uber App.
15. Uber voucher can only be used by the first person who redeems the code.
16. One voucher can be used in one single transaction and the balance cannot be used for a subsequent transaction.

Terms and Conditions for Cashback
1. This offer entitles the customers to receive cashback on their UPI or Bank Account. The customers will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method. The denomination of the cashback will be revealed post successful registration on the promotional website.
2. Any customer purchasing a promotional product and following the directions on the pack, shall be eligible to receive a voucher. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount mentioned on the promotional website. (“Cashback/Voucher Amount”).
3. By redeeming the offer provided on the same, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).
4. These Conditions apply to every person redeeming the offer ("Participant”) given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.
5. Every Participant will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Bank Account Number etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. 8. The Payment processing partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, the payment processing partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, and withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.
9. The Participant acknowledges that relevant state and central taxes may be deducted by the merchant while redeeming the discount offer and therefore, the amount reflected in the voucher may not be the same as the final redemption value received by the Participant.
10. In no event shall Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd or its client be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including redemption requests not being honored by the payment processing partner.
11. In no event shall the maximum liability of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and/or it's client exceed the value of the voucher as the case may be.
12. Participants can raise a complaint related to this offer at feedback@bigcity.in 
13. Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bangalore.
14. The Payment processing partner reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behavior or invalid details/credentials. The wallet partner/payment processing partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user's identity.

General Terms & Conditions
1. This offer is only applicable to employees of Monika Alcobev Limited and does not apply to Agents, Dealers, or Distributors of Monika Alcobev Limited and employees of PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD, its clients or agencies, and their immediate families.

In the event that a particular offer has been discontinued by the offer provider, Premier Sales Promotions reserves the right to offer the customer an alternative reward of equal value. 13. Monika Alcobev Limited or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd  is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
16. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter's promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.

Ltd. can limit the usage of QR codes/voucher codes in case of fraudulent usage or receiving multiple scans/entries from similar IP / web addresses/ mobile number/ email ids/users.
18. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
19. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
